A Call To Women

Embrace Your True Leadership Role To Foster a Peaceful and Harmonious World

Let us unite—women of the world—to build a new foundation for peace, justice, and harmony. A world where all people, across every border, can thrive and reach their fullest potential. A world shaped not by domination, but by compassion, wisdom, and care.

The Forgotten Balance: What We Lost 10,000 Years Ago

For the vast majority of our history, we lived as hunter-gatherers, but around 10,000 years ago, something shifted. With the advent of agriculture we also began the domestication of ourselves, leading to a fundamental disconnection from the natural world and our authentic selves.

From this point forward, humanity moved increasingly toward domination—of each other, of animals, of plants, and eventually, of the entire planet.

The once-admired leadership of women was suppressed, giving way to a system in which males assumed control over society, creating a patriarchal structure and culture that glorifies violence, oppression, domination, worships control, and fears the feminine.

It also established an arbitrary hierarchy that fostered competition, a preoccupation with status, and an insatiable drive to accumulate resources regardless of the consequences.

This system further perpetuated the subjugation of females and eradicated women’s solidarity which has been vital for nurturing connections among them. As a result, not only are their social bonds fractured, but their ability to work together is also impaired, ultimately adversely affecting both their well-being and that of their communities.

Females Are the Natural Leaders of Humanity

Females are endowed the extraordinary duty of nurturing life within their bodies. This profound ability to conceive, carry, give birth, and nurture life is not merely a biological function; it represents her leadership role in humanity.

Our cultural frameworks have often either concealed or outright denied this essential truth. Currently, we embrace narratives and myths that glorify males while overshadowing the truth that females have been the original leaders, teachers, healers, and protectors of humanity.

Disregarding this truth carries ramifications that go far beyond women alone, affecting all individuals within the community. The marginalization of women undermines the foundational integrity of the entire human society.

Reproductive Truths and Power Dynamics

A single sexual connection between a man and woman has the potential to result in pregnancy, a reality that can dramatically alter a female’s body, health, and life trajectory. The risks associated with pregnancy are substantial, and the implications are profound. Yet, all too often, the burden of responsibility falls exclusively on females, while males—who are not biologically impacted by gestation—can simply walk away.

Females give birth and nurture life within their bodies — a capability that males do not possess. It is crucial for both females and males to embrace this fundamental truth: in the grand scheme of life, males cannot be seen as equal to females; their roles are inherently distinct.

Because of this, females must possess the authority to make choices about their bodies. They should have the power to determine the terms of not only sexual relationships but also the societal frameworks that support life.

The analogy of a ship's captain offers a precise representation and sophisticated depiction of the power dynamics between females and males. In romantic relationships, females, the natural leaders of humanity, are the Captain of the ship and their male partners are their Chief Mate.

Part of being a Captain is to be a great leader who's confident, strong, and capable in her role. As a captain, you need to know how to handle yourself, your boat, and your crew without losing control. Captains are the highest authority on board, responsible for the crew, passengers (if any), and the ship itself.

A Chief Mate - the second-in-command - is ultimately responsible for assisting the Captain in the overall management and operation of the vessel.

Conflicts between females and males typically stem from a fundamental lack of understanding of each other's roles. For a successful and fulfilling partnership, it is crucial for both parties to understand their responsibilities. This awareness serves as the cornerstone for combating violence against females and cultivating a society grounded in gender equality, mutual support, compassion, and love.

Violence Is Woven Into the Fabric of Civilization

The truth is difficult but necessary to confront: modern civilization is built upon a foundation of violence that is not only enacted physically—it is embedded in our institutions and societies at every level.

This culture of violence is especially evident in the way females are treated across the globe. From childhood, girls are conditioned to shrink, to conform, to serve. And too often, they are harmed—physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

Nearly one in three women worldwide has experienced physical or sexual violence in her lifetime. These numbers are more than statistics. They are a reflection of a global culture that has normalized the subjugation of the very beings who bring life into the world - women - the natural leaders of humanity.

The Consequences of Disconnection

This entire system of violence and oppression emerged from the suppression of the inherent leadership qualities of women. The instinctual drives of women to protect, nurture, and care for their children have significantly diminished, and the collective responsibility to foster these values has also been weakened or eradicated.

This has led to the fragmentation of communities, created rivalries among women, and estranged men from their intrinsic humanity. As a result, we inhabit a world where disconnection prevails. The deterioration of relationships between women and men has contributed to a societal landscape characterized by violence, suffering, mistrust, and isolation.

We have been socially indoctrinated to perceive arbitrary hierarchies, injustices, and divisions as norms. However, such conditions do not reflect our inherent nature — one of liberty, interconnectedness, and love.

The existing system created a reality in which a minority, through the exertion of force, maintains control over a majority. This force manifests predominantly in military capacities, contributing to a pervasive culture of violence and indoctrination, driven by the pursuit of resources, wealth, and greater authority over both domestic and international populations.

This system of oppression has given rise to a class of specialized intellectuals who play an essential role in formulating a "divide and conquer" strategy, which perpetuates the inherent power dynamics of oppressive systems. This is accomplished by constructing narratives that cast certain groups as scapegoats for the challenges faced by others, thereby sowing distrust and concealing systemic inequalities.

The current framework emphasizes subservience, thereby undermining individuals' abilities to engage in critical thinking. In the absence of these essential skills, independent thought becomes unattainable, preventing individuals from recognizing the underlying causes of our collective suffering.

In conclusion, for the past 10,000 years, beginning with the advent of agriculture and state governance in our so-called civilized world, we have normalized systems of violence and oppression. These systems inflict harm on women, children, men, and the planet itself, jeopardizing the very future of life.

Acknowledge the Trauma, Confront the Violence

Humanity's destructive tendencies stem not from our inherent nature, but rather from a disconnection from nature that has occurred alongside the rise of patriarchal structures.

Moreover, this system of violence and oppression has significantly diminished our innate capacity for compassion, which is essential for both our survival and overall well-being.

This environment of animosity and violence, particularly directed at females, forms a core aspect of our collective trauma across all societal levels, as well as the ecological crises endangering our existence and the well-being of future generations.

The collective trauma and mental health challenges we face are rooted in the intergenerational transmission of trauma from women to their children during pregnancy, as well as the trauma perpetuated by systemic violence and oppression by the patriarchal regime.

Stress during pregnancy is one of the most thoroughly researched factors in prenatal trauma transmission. The mother's physiological and emotional states significantly influence the developing fetus. Thus, any maternal stress can have direct repercussions on the child.

Generational trauma, rooted in the experiences of women during pregnancy and the trauma perpetuated by systems of violence and oppression, has fostered an environment where many of our children face profound psychological challenges. It’s crucial that we address these deeper systemic factors and their effects on future generations to foster healing and create a healthier society for our children.

The notion that individuals are inherently evil is fundamentally flawed. It is crucial to recognize that all individuals who play a role in perpetuating trauma are not inherently evil. Rather, they are severely traumatized individuals with a multitude of mental health issues.

Understanding their actions through a trauma-informed lens reveals that these individuals are profoundly wounded, alienated from themselves, from the essence of life, and from their fellow human beings.

Heal from Trauma, Cultivate Change

In order to transform this patriarchal system and confront those who inflict harm upon us, it is essential to recognize that meaningful change cannot occur without first addressing and healing from the intergenerational trauma we have experienced during the past 10,000 years.

Healing and implementing change go hand in hand. As we strive to transform the harmful structures and cultures surrounding us, we cultivate better health within ourselves. The healthier we become, the more capable we are of initiating change, ultimately leading us to build new systems and cultures.

It is crucial to recognize that transforming this oppressive system across all levels will demand considerable time and effort. Change must originate at the individual level, as this is where power resides, before expanding to a collective scale as a movement.

As individuals take action, positive changes begin to unfold. The more individuals engage in the processes of healing and instigating change in their lives, the easier it becomes to reshape our world for the better.

However, facilitating collective change requires a different approach—one defined by incremental steps—to effectively dismantle the deeply entrenched structures and cultures that control our lives.

Reclaiming Power Through Nonviolent Revolution

Transformation—not reform— is what we need. This system isn’t broken. It is designed to exploit, to oppress, to destroy. It cannot be “reformed.” It must be dismantled.

To effectively dismantle the systems of violence and oppression, it is crucial to withhold our labor, skills, and consent from the entities that exploit us and threaten our survival.

This is not a call for violence; rather, it is a call to participate in a nonviolent revolution grounded in compassion, justice, and accountability. As the philosopher Étienne de La Boétie observed, genuine liberation from servitude does not come from violent revolts. Instead, it emerges from the collective choice to cease supporting oppressive structures.

Opting to withdraw your support and embracing a nonviolent approach allows you to take actions that promote peace, harmony, and a sense of community for all, including both your oppressors and those who enable your oppression. Violence can be avoided. This approach not only helps save lives but also reduces the chances of retaliation from this oppressive system.

Solidarity among females is especially vital for fostering strong social connections and cooperative relationships between them. In the absence of this mutual support, women will fail to dismantle the systems of violence and oppression, thereby eliminating their ability to establish true leadership roles both within their communities and on the global scale.

A Declaration of Restoration and Renewal

Women are entitled to establish their inherent role as leaders of humanity. They must nurture, protect, and empower each other in all aspects of life. Embracing this holistic approach will enhance their overall wellbeing, elevate the welfare of humanity, and cultivate peaceful coexistence in our world. With the power vested in you by Nature, Life, and the Universe:

  • Declare your leadership. You are the natural-born leaders of humanity. This leadership is not optional—it is essential. This truth must be taught, honored, and embedded into all social institutions.

  • Reject all policies that promote violence. Eliminate any governmental policies, militarized strategies, or international agreements that perpetuate war, violence and exploitation.

  • Dismantle oppressive laws and institutions. Abolish laws that disempower women and perpetuate inequality. Replace them with systems of restorative justice, built by and for the people, grounded in equality, transparency, and compassion.

  • Break free from harmful technologies. Restore connection by eliminating systems that isolate, exploit, and weaken the bonds between people. Foster technologies that promote human connection, community resilience, and ecological harmony

  • Break the corporate grip on Life. Dismantle businesses and institutions that profit from destruction of land, people, and dignity

  • Reclaim the culture. Build new ways of living based on mutual support, compassion, love, and community—not competition and domination.

  • Heal the trauma. Acknowledge and work through the intergenerational wounds inflicted by 10,000 years of systemic violence and oppression.

The Path Forward

As you liberate yourself from violence and oppressive structures, it's essential to cultivate a philosophical foundation to sustain you. This transformation requires grounding in wisdom and action.

Embrace:

  • Stoicism - to cultivate resilience and focus on what you can control. From this clarity comes the self-empowerment and focus needed to bring about any significant change in the world.

  • Science and reason - insights about the origins of life and the universe represent the most reliable explanations for our existence. By sharing a common understanding of our origins, we can foster appreciation, compassion, and love for one another, irrespective of geography, skin colour, or language.

  • Permaculture - rooted in the principles of Earth Care, People Care, and Fair Share, it presents an excellent alternative to the agricultural practices that are harming our planet and our health.

  • Lessons for female unity - the bonobo model posits that when females collaborate and offer mutual support, they can effectively challenge prevailing power structures, leading to a more cooperative and harmonious environment that contributes to the eradication of violence against women.

  • The Oxford Handbook of Compassion Science - focuses on exploring the fundamental mechanisms, practical implementations, and fostering of compassion within ourselves, among individuals, and within communities.

  • Peace-building frameworks - like those by Johan Galtung. His approach encourages individuals, communities, and institutions to work together to build a culture of peace and prevent violence at its roots.

  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC) - Developed by Marshall Rosenberg, this is a compassionate method of communication that emphasizes understanding, connection, and collaboration with the goal of promoting understanding and resolving conflicts peacefully.

  • Engagement - Engage with individuals, organizations, and communities that are successfully implementing changes that resonate with your mission, igniting transformation that aligns with a peaceful, harmonious world.

Above all, love your children and one another unconditionally.

Every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, seen, and deeply loved—not for their accomplishments, but for their existence.

Together, We Rise

Together, we end violence against women.

Together, we nurture.

Together, we restore our planet.

This is not a vision of the distant future.
It is an urgent imperative.

The time for change is now.
Let us build a new world where:

Every woman stands in her rightful power.

Every child grows in love and dignity.

Every man remembers his capacity to nurture.

And every living being thrives in balance with nature.

Let us stand together—united in love, truth, and a shared commitment to creating a prosperous and peaceful future.

Women, this is your time.

Rise — not as conquerors, but as nurturers, creators, and visionary leaders of a new world!
